Feature Article 43 Ways to Love YourselfBy Crista Beck Have you ever heard of the website 43Things? Well, it is a place where you list all of your goals and dreams. They can be anything from “brush my teeth every day” to “travel the world.” It’s a fun way to get clear on what you want to have happen in your life. I find it much easier to love myself when I actually have clarity around my goals. Striving towards a goal is extremely liberating. Participating in my life from a take-charge position builds my self-respect and fills me with happiness.
Sometimes life can get really busy or I can easily get pulled around by my moods and feelings. That’s why I love having a site like 43Things because it helps me to keep on track with what is important to me. Plus, it makes me happy just looking at my list. Check out my profile here: cristab. I invite you to create your own list on 43Things. It doesn’t cost a thing. Get started now and list everything you love to do and that makes you happy. Write down your biggest dream and even your smallest goals. Make sure to add those actions that reflect your self-love. Have fun with this. You can even meet people who are striving for the same goals as you. It can be a fun support system. Invite your boyfriend to create a page too. Both of your lists together can create a lot of potential date ideas and fun moments you can share together. Helping each other to reach each other’s goals can be fun! P.S.
